A Mad Dog
I have a trouble problem with a dog that causes a trauma. Before I experienced this problem, I did not feel scare and worry with a dog. I always remember this experience whenever I meet with a dog. I have tried to adapt with a dog which I meet wherever I am, but the trauma will not be omitted from my mind. Eventhough I meet with a dog that is very cute and funny, I still never want to be closer with it. In this essay, I will tell about my unforgettable experience about a mad dog.
The event began on Ramadhan when I was riding my motorcycle with my sister. Because the next day was Lebaran Day, my mother would make Lebaran cakes. She asked me to go to Pakandangan market that is closer to my house, to buy 1 kg of flour and butter. I rode motorcycle in normal speed because I also enjoyed the atmosphere on Takbiran night which everyone celebrated it with each ways. I saw many children walked from a Mosque to a field in while they were saying “Takbir” and holding a torch. Another side, many teenagers were playing “Tambue Tansa” and saying “Takbir” for announcing that the next day was Lebaran. In addition, we stopped in a mini shop that sold many kind of traditional food and I bought some “Putu” that is made from coconut, sugar, and pulverize rice.
One hundred meter from the market, I saw a dog that was sleeping on the street. I stopped my motorcycle because I did not want to disturb it. I asked my sister what we should do and she replied that I had to ride motorcycle beside the dog slowly. At first, I felt scare, but my sister pushed me to turn on motorcycle and continued our way. Then, I turn on my motorcycle that caused the dog woke up. I was surprised. I gazed it and vice versa. I said to myself that I must continue my way and the dog would never disturb me. Suddenly, the dog barked that caused I screamed loudly and it was heard by all of the people in the market. I screamed, “aaaaaaaaa, there was a mad dog”
I rode my motorcycle fastly and still screamed all the way to the market. Everyone looked at us. Suddenly, a hero was coming, he chased the dog away. I did not know who the hero was because I could not see his face clearly. I wanted to say thank, but he had gone with his motorcycle. Until now, I do not know who he is. I stopped at a grocery store to buy flour and butter. Then the shop owner asked about the event and everyone laughed at me. They said that the dog was not mad and I knew it meant they implied that I was mad. It was embracing. I said to my sister that I did not want to ride motorcycle to go home because I was very scared and embraced.
Before I went home, I saw from the shop that the dog still waited for us at the same place. I felt annoyed and angry to the dog. The dog tried to chase after us again. We also waited for the dog went away, but the dog was very loyal for waiting for us. I did not know why the dog wanted to wait for us. We thought over the way went home without rubbing up against the dog. The last way was we should go through another way that would spend a half hour to arrive at home. Finally, I arrived at home at 10:15. My mother was angry because she could not make a cake without flour and butter.
We told the event to all of people at home, I could guess everyone laughed at us. It was an unforgettable experience that had ever happened in my life. I can still remember the way all of people laughed at me, but I cannot know the hero in my experience.

Recount
This song tells about missing someone, looking back and remembering all the good times and all those awesome moments. At that song, there is a girl who really hopes her boyfriend is with her. The girl is lonely and always thinks about her love. The song is stripped down. It's kind of raw, but also emotional. Avril Lavigne confirmed that the song would serve as the third and possibly last single from Goodbye Lullaby. On August 9, on her official website, Lavigne posted pictures from the shooting of the music video for "Wish You Were Here", one of a red flower, and another of her lying on a wooden floor. Lavigne said that the video will be very raw and exposed, unlike her previous videos "What the Hell" and "Smile".
Avril said that this song has many sadness events and she created this song based on her experience, when someone went away from her and she tried to go through that pain. In addition, she said that lose is a part of life that we have to go through it.

Evaluation
I like this song because there is unstated meaning that is really deep. It is different from the other songs of Avril and I really enjoy the rhytm. This song can describe a girl who is in trouble with her friend. I can feel how the girl’s feeling to go through her pain. Besides, I really like Avril Lavigne’s voice; it makes the song become interesting. On the other hand, I don’t like the video clip because the place is not interesting that as I imagine about the situation.
This song has a certain meaning that exactly for the people who are lonely and broken-heart. In Indonesia, we call this song as a galau song. So, if you are in trouble with your boy/girlfriend, you should listen to this song. You will feel that life is just not about someone whom you really love, but life still continue and leave all of your memories.

Review
The story is begun when Anna is frustrated because Jeremy, her boyfriend, has not purposed to her yet. They have had a relationship for three years. Jeremy is in Dublin city, Ireland, to do his job as a doctor. He is very busy and does not have a time for dating with Anna. According to Ireland tradition, in leap day, it s allowed a woman to propose to her boyfriend, so Anna decides to go to Dublin city, Ireland. She goes to Dublin three days before the leap day by a plane. Unfortunately, the weather is too bad that causes Anna’s plane landed in Cardiff. She never gives up go to Dublin by a boat. The new problem happens, Anna cannot arrive at Dublin because of the weather, as a result, she arrives at Dingle (a small city in Ireland). She comes to a pub and hires the pub’s owner, Declan O’Callaghan, to take her to Dublin because Dingle is too far from Dublin.
Declan refuses to drive Anna to Dublin, but after his pub is threatened with foreclosure the next morning, he agrees to drive her for 500. Before they leave, Declan gets frustrated at Anna's suitcase and she snaps at him telling him to be careful, as her expensive Louis Vuitton suitcase was a gift from her boyfriend. They set out in Declan's old car, but they quickly run into a herd of cows blocking the road. Anna shoos them away but steps in cow dung, causing her to lean against the car, which rolls down hill into a lake. They have a quarrel and Anna walks away from him. She stops another car for a lift, but after offering to help her, three guys just take her bags and drive away.

Anna and Declan eventually reach a pub where they discover the three thieves going through Anna's suitcase. Declan hits them, then Declan and Anna are kicked out by the landlord. Anna and Declan reach a railway station on foot. The train arrives early, and Anna misses it. They go to a bed and breakfast, where they are forced to pretend that they are married couple so that their conservative hosts will allow them to stay. During dinner, Anna and Declan are 'forced' to kiss, which causes some confusion for them. That night, they sleep in the same bed. The next day, they take shelter from a hail storm in a church where a wedding is taking place, after a series of events, Anna gets drunk. At this point, Anna begins to question her intentions with Jeremy when she realizes that she has fallen in love with Declan.
The following day they arrive by bus in Dublin. When they arrive at Jeremy's hotel, Jeremy surprises her and proposes to her, and she accepts after she realizes that Declan walks away. At the engagement party of Anna and Jeremy, Anna pulls fire alarm and she knows that Jeremy would like to protect his electronics rather than Anna. So, Anna decides to cancel her engagement and she comes back to Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry, where Declan is successfully running his inn/ restaurant. She proposes that they get together and 'not make plans', and Declan leaves the room. Anna interprets this as a rejection, so she goes outside and ends up on a cliff overlooking the sea. Declan follows her and proposes to her with the family ring he retrieved from his ex-fiancée while in Dublin. At the end of this story, they get married and live happily.

Evaluation
This movie is one of the best movies that I have ever watched. It is very interesting movie. I like the story because it is not very serious and funny story. Amy Adams and Matthew Goode played their characters very real, so I can feel the real situation among of them, even when they were on the way to Dublin. There are many funny actions happening in that movie, especially when Anna tries to get the train, but she falls. The next interesting thing is the locations of the movie are very beautiful; I want to go to Ireland because of this movie. I can get the moral value of this movie: a hard effort will bring us to the happiness and a boy/girlfriend will not always be our true love.
Besides, this movie has a weakness: sometime, the place is edited and the editing is not good that makes the audiences know about the truth. There are also many odious things and this movie just focus on Anna and Declan. They appear in that movie so often and make it a little boring.
In generally, this movie is interesting. You should watch it because it can entertain you when you are in trouble with your boy/girlfriend.

my experience in writing 2

My Experience to Write an Essay
In Writing 2

Writing an essay is not easy as free writing that we can write anything without thinking the rules. By studying writing 2 in this semester, I can know the rules in writing an essay. We need the certain process to create an essay. We have to involve three elements in essay: introductory paragraph, body essay, concluding paragraph. Besides, the best thing that determines our essay is thesis statement. So, in this essay, I will talk about my experiences in studying writing 2 with Mrs. Leni Marlina, the best essay which I have ever written, and the process of writing my best essay.
The way of Mrs.Lina teaching is different from other lecturers. She asked us to write an essay starting from the outline. After I finished my outline, then I continued to write an essay that was based on the outline. Before I collected the essay, I should give it to some friends for correcting the grammar, the ideas, the punctuations, the unity and coherence. The way was very useful to create cooperation among the students and it could help me to write a good essay. Then I should publish the essay in my blog and I should get the comments from some friends. Because of studying writing 2, I created a blog that is very useful until now.
In writing 2, I had a terrible experience when I wanted to print out the essay that has been published in my blog, the printer could not print my essay as clear as I wanted. I tried to print it again, but the result was still same. Besides, I also had another terrible experience when I forgot to write narrative text, I just write the story map; I did not know my assignment was writing narrative text and the story map. My lecturer was angry and said that for the next assignment, I should ask my friends and used my ears very well. It was a lesson in my life to be careful and “peka” about the important things.
During studying writing 2, I have written some essays that have been published in my blog. Among all of my essays, the most interesting essay is the discussion essay, “New curriculum 2013 in Indonesia: deletion English as a subject in elementary school”. In that essay, I talk about the pro and contras of deletion English as a subject in elementary school. I think it is the best essay because there is coherence and unity between one paragraph and others. Then the topic is interesting and hottest; it is related to my major, English. The most important thing is the essay involves all of elements of essay. In the introductory paragraph, there is thesis statement that is obvious, so just by reading the thesis statement the readers know what I will talk about. I also wrote the conclusion and recommendation in the last paragraph. Besides, I also quoted some reasons and comments to support my essay.
To write my best essay, I had to go through many processes. The first one was I had to find the hottest issue happened in my country. At first, I chose the topic about “Giving zakat in Indonesia that causes pro and contras among the people”, but I thought it could not take the reader’s attention as I hope. So, I changed the topic became “deletion English as subject in Elementary school”. I thought it would be interesting topic because I am majoring in English and it was the hottest issue happened in Indonesia education area. I tried to find and collect some sources about deletion English. Because the issue happens in Indonesia, the sources which I found were in Bahasa and I found some difficulties to translate the quotation into English. Then I wrote the essay based on the sources, before I collected it to Mrs. Lina, I copied it and gave to my friends to get some comments and suggestions. I did the way twice because the essay that should be collected was the third revision. At the end of the writing essay process was publishing in internet through my blog. I also had to get comments in my blog because I should print out the essay including the comments as the “bukti” that it was really mine.
In conclusion, studying writing 2 with Mrs. Lina has given me many experiences and knowledge in writing essay especially about the process of writing essay. I also can write the best essay that I have ever written in majoring in English. I will keep experiences of writing 2 in my mind.
