The Twin Bears from The Dark Blood Forest

           

Once upon a time, in a mysterius forest,the Dark Blood forest,there were many weird creatures, for example, a giant rabbit that could kill human, roses that could walk and run, and a little twin bears that couldtak as human beings did. Bitto was one of the bears that was very naughty and careless. He always did everything that could be disasters like fire and flood. He just thought about eating, sleeping and playing. It was different from Momo, Bitto’s twin brother. He was very carefull and smart because he thought that life was not just to spend by finding food. He could cross the river without swimming. In their daily life, they looked for the food together, but sometimes they did not get any fish because of Bitto’s careless.

“Yes, I have caught many fish. I know my skill is fishing, hohoho.” Momo said while holding a basket full of fish. Then Bitto ran fastly and pushed Momo into the river. “yeah,, I catch you, hahahaha. I have found everywhere, but you are here. The water looks so fresh, you must say thanks to me, you can take a bath in the river because of me,”said Bitto happily.  Momo went out from the river and walked to their home without saying anything. Bitto was very worried about Momo and he tried to ask Momo to talk with him. “ By the way, what will we eat tonight?”said Bitto. Meanwhile, Momo just kept silent. Then Bitto was angry and said, “Momo, where is your ear? I am talking to you.”  Momo replied, “ We eat nothing tonight because of you”. Everyday they had a quarrel about food. Momo had caught many fish, but Bitto let the fish jumped into the river.

One day, Momo was very angry with Bitto because Bitto pushed him down into the river again. Bitto thought that it was just kidding, but Momo had been tired with Bitto’s behavior. He said to his twin, “I am so bored with you. You just make a trouble for us. You do not understand the meaning of life. We have to survive in this forest, but you just play, play and play, Bitto. I do not want to live with you anymore.”

Then he went away from the forest and Bitto was very sad because of his careless. Bitto just sat in front of their house that was built by using woods and coconut’s leaves.  He hoped that his brother would come back. “I really regret it, Momo. I know my fault, please come back my brother.”  Momo went to a village, and he saw many houses and people there. “Wow, what is this?”

After he came to the village at afternoon, the people were surprised because there was a bear. Some of them tried to attack and catch Momo by using traditional weapons that were made from woods and metal. Momo was very afraid and he tried to run away. Suddenly, a girl who wore a black traditional shirt, shot him by using weapon with poisonous pin as the blade. The girl, Viona, took Momo to her house and she tied Momo. She was very surprised when Momo woke up and said, ”Help me! It hurts me. I do not want to kill anyone. I do not eat human beings, but a fish. I am very hungry and thirsty.” The girl replied while she was taking a glass of water and gave it to him. “You can talk to me. Where do you come from? Are you an angel?” Then she let Momo free and they talked to know each other. “I come from the Dark Blood forest. I do not know why I can talk as human beings do. I live with my twin, Bitto. I left him because I was very angry with him. I am very scare in this place, please help me come back to my home.” Momo asked for help. Then Viona promised that she would help Momo, but a hunter heard their conversation.

Robbin, a hunter, wanted to catch Momo and killed Viona. He thought that Momo could earn much money if he made a show of Momo, and many people would watch it. He gave an unconscious poison to Viona’s food and Viona ate the food. When Viona and Momo went out at the night to the forest, Robbin followed them quietly and brought some equipment for catching Momo. However, he did not have a chance to do his plan. When it was close to Momo’s house, Viona felt something wrong with her body. Suddenly, she was unconscious. Momo stopped his journey and tried to wake her up. Then Robbin used this condition to catch Momo by making a net trick and he tied Momo.

“Yeah , I catch you, bear.” said Robbin. Momo tried to unscrew, but he could not do it by his self. “Viona, wake up and help me. Bitto, help me. Help me.” screamed Momo. “Hahaha, nobody can hear you, bear. I will take you back to my village. Congratulation Viona! You will go to the hell.” replied Robbin. Suddenly, Bitto came and hit Robbin by using his bag. He tried to unscrew Momo, “I will help you, brother”. Meanwhile, he did not unscrew Momo, he made both of them tied because of his careless. Robbin woke up and he was very happy to see that two talking bears were tied in front of him. “hahaha, how lucky I am! It is my pleasure to see you bears.” said Robbin.

When Robbin wanted to take the bears back to village, Viona woke up and Bitto saw her while saying “hey, the girl wakes up.” Then Robbin turned back and Viona hit his head by using Bitto’s bag. “You did the right thing, Bitto” said Momo to his twin. Viona unscrewed the bears. “Thanks Viona. Are you okay?” said Momo. Viona replied, “Yes Momo, I am okay. Is he your twin?” Bitto introduced himself and invited Viona to their home, “I am Bitto, his twin. Thanks for your help. Would you like to come to our nice home?” Viona refused it because she must take Robbin to the jail and she went back to the village.

Bitto and Momo walked to their home, Momo regretted his fault and said “I really regret it, my brother. I can not live without you. At the village there were many weird things that I have never seen before. They were very dangerous for me. We are family, so we should corporate each other.” Then they arrived at home safely. When Bitto tried to carry a torch, he fell it down to the floor and made a fire. Then their home was fired, Momo was very angry and screamed, “Bitto… stop doing anything that can cause a disaster!” Bitto replied and ran away, “Sorry brother. I will not do it anymore”

This story is inspired by my dolls (Momo and Bitto) because I always imagine that they can talk as human beings do. Eventhough they are not family or in the same shape (Momo is a monkey and Bitto is a rabbit), in my imagination they live together as a twin bears. I wrote twin bears because I want to have a bear as my pet and want to have a twin younger brothers. I love Momo rather than Bitto because Momo is more funny than Bitto. So, I imagine that Momo is more mature and friendly than Bitto.
